To Mom, with Love: Your Never-Say-Die Spirit Keeps Me on My Toes!

I can never thank you enough for singing the lullabes, for reading the bedtime stories to me, giving me the first picture book, teaching me to play carom, helping me with my school assignments, coaxing me to eat spinach, encouraging me in my failures, wiping my tears and making me laugh when I needed the most. You taught me to accept wins and failures on the same platter and the best is you never let me feel inferior about myself The transformation from a child to the confused age of a teenager was emotionally draining for me, but it was only you who could handle my outbursts with utmost care.’I can never thank you enough for singing the lullabies, for reading the bedtime stories to me, giving me the first picture book, teaching me to play carom, helping me with my school assignments, coaxing me to eat spinach, encouraging me in my failures, wiping my tears and making me laugh when I needed the most.
